INVESTMENT SCHEMES
We are always looking for likeminded individuals to join us on this journey as investors. Robert Homes works closely with a limited number of private partners who in return receive a market beating, fixed return on their funds. BUDGETING
When first thinking about starting a large project, knowing where to start with budgeting can seem daunting, however we are here to make this process easier:
1. Up to date information regarding building (materials and labour) costs
2. Make you aware of any costs you may not have thought of, or things that could arise down the line. We regularly deal with local councils, building regulations, structural engineers (the list goes on!) and therefore have an accurate perception of how much you will need for the ‘admin’ side of the project
3. Due to our relationships with all suppliers, we work closely with them to create a much more cost and time effective process
4. We provide an easy to follow and manage payment plan which sets out weekly amounts and due dates for the entirety of the project
MEASURE & SURVEY
We provide a no-obligation, free of charge site visit whereby we meet with you on
site to measure and survey the site accurately. From here we provide a detailed,
itemised booklet of what is necessary to complete your project. Said booklet will
also contain the quote, any additional costs as mentioned in ‘Budgeting’ that you
may need or may arise, plus your payment plan.
ARCHITECTURAL DRAWING
We work closely with our sister company, Hadas Architectural Ltd., to provide a
personable, thorough process to create your architectural plans. By doing this with
us, we work harmoniously in conjunction with our architects to ensure clear and
concise plans are made with no misunderstandings, creating a much more cost-
effective process.
ACT AS AN AGENT FOR YOU
10 years’ experience in the construction industry means we regularly deal with all
aspects of design and build and have multiple reliable, trustworthy contacts across
all areas. Therefore, we can take as much or as little as you like off your plate and
act as an agent on your behalf. We can also advise and inform you with up-to-date
legislation should you wish to carry out this part yourself.
LOCAL AUTHORITY APPLICATION
We have good relationships with all local authorities in the North West and Cheshire
regions, and can thoroughly advise you on what is likely to be passed and what may
need redesigning to align with their protocols and legalities. This ensures you won’t
need to make multiple applications which can be costly.
